1. Acceptance
By accessing this website or engaging Rekso Software Engineering (“Rekso”) for services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or our services.
2. Services
Rekso provides software design and engineering services. Specific deliverables, scope, timelines, pricing and payment terms are set out in a separate written proposal or contract (“Statement of Work”) agreed by both parties.
3. Pricing & payment
Prices shown on this website are indicative and exclude VAT and third-party costs unless stated otherwise. A binding price is only established in a signed Statement of Work. Unless agreed otherwise, invoices are typically structured as 40% to start, 40% at a milestone and 20% on go-live.
4. Client responsibilities
Timely delivery depends on you providing required content, feedback, access and approvals. Delays in these may shift agreed timelines.
5. Intellectual property
Upon full payment, custom deliverables and source code created specifically for your project transfer to you, except for pre-existing tools, libraries and third-party components, which remain under their respective licences.
6. Confidentiality
Each party will keep confidential information of the other confidential and use it only as needed to perform the engagement. We may reference non-confidential project work in our portfolio unless asked not to.
7. Warranties & limitation of liability
Services are provided with reasonable skill and care. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to an engagement is limited to the fees paid for the affected services, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate an engagement in accordance with the Statement of Work. Fees for work completed up to the termination date remain payable.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
